Geared Up for Kids

Saphier Events has had the pleasure of working with the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation every year for the last 10 years to plan their Geared Up for Kids event. This event is a bike ride and 5K walk run to help fundraise for children’s brain tumor research. After the race, attendees and their families can enjoy a festival filled with music, food, and activities. Saphier Events took care of everything from the permit approvals and route planning, to the full breakfast and lunch donations, and the on-site set up, vendor management and producing the event signage.
